All product prices are indicated through the website and include current VAT.
THE COMPANY will do everything possible to please all its Clients in the demand of the products. In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not give the right to cancel the entire order. If as a result of this cancellation the customer wants to return the product delivered must follow the provisions of the section Return.
The Customer undertakes to make payment at the time the order is placed. DEADLINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND MISPLACEMENT
I. Delivery of the product
ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, and in any case must be within the national territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer to indicate an address at which the order can be delivered during normal business hours. II. Delivery Time
Shipments are made through a courier company. The order will be delivered within the maximum period requested in your purchase form from which we have sent you the order confirmation. However ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL is not directly responsible for delays that could be objective and cause of the courier company. These deadlines are average, and therefore an estimate. V. Return procedure
