I. Delivery of the product

ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, and in any case must be within the national territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer to indicate an address at which the order can be delivered during normal business hours. THE COMPANY will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not conform to reality or have been omitted.

II. Delivery Time

Shipments are made through a courier company. The order will be delivered within the maximum period requested in your purchase form from which we have sent you the order confirmation. However ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL is not directly responsible for delays that could be objective and cause of the courier company. These deadlines are average, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delivery delays, ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them. Each delivery is considered to have taken place from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialised through the control system used by the transport company. In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL, the Customer may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in Section “V”. Return procedure”. Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the Customer by the carrier within the agreed time and could not be delivered for cause attributable to the Customer. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped. For security reasons, ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL will not send any order to PO boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

III. Delivery Data

Deliveries not made and Loss. If after 7 working days after the departure to delivery of the order has not been arranged delivery, the Customer should contact ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL. If the Customer does not do so, after 10 working days from the date of delivery of the order, the order will be returned to our warehouses and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the return of the goods to their origin, as well as any associated management costs. If the reason for not being able to make the delivery is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range from one to three weeks.

IV – Delivery Diligence

The Customer must check the good condition of the package before the carrier who, on behalf of ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL, makes the delivery of the product requested, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that might detect in the packaging. If, subsequently, after reviewing the product, the Customer detects any incident such as blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused in it by the shipment, it undertakes to communicate to ROTH & MYERS EUROPE SL via email in the shortest time possible, before the next 24 hours from delivery. From that moment on, no incidents of this type will be attended to.

V. Return procedure

In case of cancellation of an order in time, will be paid 100% of the amount paid with a charge of 18 € for transport costs.

Once the order has been received, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to return it without having to justify any cause or excuse. In this case the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as any deterioration of the product. Once the 14 days have elapsed, the article cannot be returned.

RÖTH & MYERS EUROPE SL will not carry out any reshipment of products until the reception and state of packaging and accessories of the article object of the return or change has been verified in our warehouse.
